The ALTA Wireless Food Probe allows the user to throw away the clipboard for good. The wireless food probe replaces manual temperature checks and enhances quality and safety by bringing the power of remote data collection to commercial kitchens, food production, and restaurants. The Food Probe is CFR21 part 11 compliant and measures the internal temperature of cooked or refrigerated food from -50 to 260 C (-58 to 500 F). The data can then be transmitted to iMonnit software, allowing for data logging and a data trail as ingredients are processed, packaged, shipped, and prepared. The Food probe is highly portable and housed in an ergonomic and water-resistant IP67 case. The sensor includes: removable curved needle-style probe, pop-out grip, and wall mount. It provides bank-grade security and an industry-leading data transmission range of 1,200+ feet through up to 12 walls.
