Mini Dry Block Calibrator Furnace (50-250C) – IC-ECECAL-50250

The IC-ECECal-50250 is delivered, certified & ready to operate on 240V mains supply.

It is used to check the performance of temperature probes on site, while connected to their control or monitoring system. It can also be used in the laboratory to check probes only – in this case a certified reference thermometer is required. The well depth is 100mm on the 4.5 and 6mm holes and 60mm for the 3mm holes [these are clearance sizes to suit standard probes]

The IC-ECECal-50250 especially suits industries such as the plastics industry where it enables checking of probes, and controllers at the same time, but is widely sold for on site verification of autoclave thermocouples
– Range 50 to 250 C – resolution 0.1 C
– Accepts most probe sizes 3, 4.5 & 6mm
– Well depth 100mm for 4.5 & 6.0 dia and 60mm for 3dia
– Accuracy: +/- 1 C at 150 C
– Heat to 250 C in 15 min
– Cool to 100 C in 15 min

Please Note:
Drywell holes to suit 3.0, 4.5, and 6.0mm probes as standard.
NATA calibration points are 100, 140 and 180 deg C as standard.
Calibration is performed on the 6.0mm hole.
